I think I spend too much time thinking about snacks. This whole idea of a ‘bread loaf dog’ came from that perfect combination of cozy thoughts: warm, carby bread and fluffy, happy dogs. It is the ultimate ‘pure loaf’ pun brought to life. I mean, look at that happy face! The front is a dog, and the rest is a perfectly baked loaf of bread with little paws. It is just simple, pure joy. I sketched this goofy little character in Procreate when I should have been working on something else, but I do not regret a single brushstroke. Where does a bread dog belong? He is the perfect sticker for your digital recipe binder, a fun addition to your food journal, or just slapped on a notebook where you need a carby reminder to be happy. It is silly, it is cute, and I hope he makes your day a little bit softer and warmer. Enjoy the carbohydrates!
