Tea time just got a whole lot greener. I am back with another doodle that blends the everyday items in our homes with a bit of nature. I was sipping my morning tea and sketching, and the round, stout shape of my teapot immediately reminded me of a chubby little amphibian.
I drew a plump, light green frog and integrated all the classic teapot features seamlessly. It has a pouring spout on the left side, a traditional curled handle on the right, and a tiny knob resting right on top of its head for the lid. I kept the expression super friendly with wide black eyes and a big, welcoming smile.
Finding the overlap between inanimate objects and cute animals is such an entertaining challenge. The natural plumpness of a frog was the absolute perfect match for the shape of a teapot, making the whole design feel incredibly cohesive. I hope this little guy brings some extra warmth, coziness, and a bit of humor to your timeline today.
